Comfort food!

I was doing so good and then that special time came...and its been all down hill. I have been eating a lot of fruit which is good but too much cheese and chocolate!! I need some low calorie, low fat treats (excluding Jello & Pudding) for this special time. Any suggestions??

  1. get nutritional yeast (whole foods or equivilent has this in bins for scooping) top it on some low calorie popcorn. It is like a cheese topping, low calorie and a complete protien. I'm hooked!

    I also use fat free whipped cream on blueberries or strawberries... yum!
